Home Features
This southwestern home will feature a Spanish / Mediterranean aesthetic and indoor/outdoor living space that takes advantage of the site's views, landscape, and climate. The layout of the home needs to accommodate a large family and; however, the client preferred a matrix of connected rooms that facilitate circulation throughout the home. Additionally, the client asked ZED to creatively design spaces that serve hybrid functions, such as a room that doubles as an office space during the day and family space in the evening.
