Stow Passive House

Our clients envisioned a home that they could enjoy through all life’s stages while hosting generations of family. Our team designed a healthy, resilient, and inspiring space that anticipates the family’s evolving needs as well as those of the surrounding site. Located adjacent to a golf course and town-owned land, the home is oriented for dynamic views, lasting privacy, and optimal solar performance.

Modern house with solar panels on the roof, surrounded by green trees and grass, with a driveway and a smaller garage nearby, in a rural setting on a clear day.
Modern kitchen with white cabinets, a large island with a white countertop, wood accents, black tile backsplash, and a dining table with wooden chairs. Large windows show greenery outside, and two pendant lights hang over the dining area.
Living room with large windows showing green trees and grass outside, a brown leather sofa, a wooden coffee table with books and decorative items, and a stone fireplace on the left wall.
Contemporary living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass door overlooking a green outdoor landscape, with a black sofa, colorful pillows, a wooden coffee table with books and decor, tiled flooring, and a corner shelf with boots and shoes.
